Take a book!/Prend un livre!
The library is still used and, as you can see, doesn’t avoid the American tradition and its green lights!
Actually, it is not completely true. There are a lot of French things in this library but also a lot of American things. After all, they built it!

Boston

An aupair meeting, you don’t refuse it! And we enjoy it until the end! It was on Sunday, the 14th of November, at the Prudential, in Boston. I went to it in good company, with a French aupair, A. We took the subway, then the bus because there was work between two stations, and again the subway before we arrived to the big tower, the Prudential! We entered and greeted our Area Director.
Starving, A.’s choice was a chili hot dog with French fries with cheese and chili. As for me, my lunch was a mushroom hamburger with French fries and cheese. Our dessert was at the Cheesecake Factory! For time I wanted to go! A. chose a Sundae and I chose a chocolate mousse cheesecake. Our charming waiter, Mike, helped me to choose. A. and I paid for and let a note for Mike! We never did that before! It was crazy!
Our steps took us in Boston. We wandered, laughed and took pictures! Finally, we picked up again the subway and continued to talk until A. told me “ I think the boy behind you understands what we say.” We worked out how to speak in order to he doesn’t understand what we say until we get out of the subway to take the bus. He stopped next to us “It’s useless to speak faster, I’m Swiss, I will always understand you.” So, we spent the rest of the journey with him. Speaking French for one day, it’s changing!

Charles De Gaulle, Francfort, Newark, New Jersey, New York City, Massachusetts, Boston
Room shared with Julia, a Swedish girl and Jessica, a Chinese girl.
Tuesday, August the 10th, 8:00 am, begining of the training. I'm on a table with German girls. Not for long, I change the table in order to not be with somebody that I already know.
Tuesday evening: the New York City Tour! A small group of four was formed, Anais, a French, Beatriz and Natalie, two Mexican and me. Small group which will also feature the next day for shopping 20 minutes away from the hotel.
Anais and I were excited to see a shop to make her teddy bear ourselves! It has become unthinkable to not leave without a bear made by us! So American!
And then, Thursday afternoon came, he took us apart ... Beatriz and I to Newark Airport, Natalie and Anais, waiting their families at the hotel.
1H12 flight to Boston, where Hannah is waiting at the airport. Quickly joined by her mom, we're going home.
